Category: PCACAC Events

Greetings Colleagues!

We hope that you are all doing well and staying safe as we head into the final weeks of 2020. While it has been a challenging year to say the least, we are sure that everyone is looking forward to a brighter 2021, including connecting with PCACAC colleagues at our Annual Spring Conference. Planning for the 56th Annual PCACAC Conference is well underway and we are preparing for a number of scenarios.

CONFERENCE PLANNING

If the global pandemic has taught us anything this past year, it's that staying connected is paramount. And, as much as we had hoped we would spend time with you face-to-face in Virginia Beach this April, we are just as excited to see you in a virtual setting for our 56th Annual Conference!  In 2020, close to 500 people attended our virtual conference and we believe 2021 will be equally successful!

Conference faculty come from a variety of professional settings and have a desire to share their knowledge, experience, enthusiasm, and love of the profession to those who are just beginning or seeking to advance their careers.  These faculty serve the PCACAC community as part of a dedicated team of seasoned college admission professionals. We invite you to share your expertise!

SUBMIT A FACULTY APPLICATION

Conference faculty members should have a minimum of five years experience in the profession and must be a PCACAC member in good standing.

What does a conference faculty member do? Each faculty member will be asked to design and teach a session or sessions based on the themes selected in the faculty application (see below). Sessions will be held from April 18-20, 2021.

For consideration, please complete the online application by Wednesday, February 17, 2021.  Selected faculty will be notified by Monday, March 15.
