How to Earn the Certificate

Attend 6 out of 7 virtual sessions. One make-up session will be available at the 59th Annual Conference, April 14 - 16, 2024 in Norfolk, VA.  A video for each webinar will be posted on this page. If you are not able to attend one or more webinars, you may watch it and complete the evaluation to confirm that you viewed it.

Who Can Attend and Earn the Certificate?

You must be a PCACAC member to attend and earn the certificate. If you are not a PCACAC member, please join PCACAC ($55) before registering for your first session.
